This hotel is well managed and maintained, tastefully decorated and made for a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the Miele washer and dryer were very helpful for our long trip. The hotel staff was helpful. We’d come back again.

We recently stayed at the Opartment for 2 nights with our adult children and felt welcome. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help despite the language difference. Our 2 bedroom suite was amazing and spotless. The location is a few blocks away from the Raffles City shopping mall and many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

It’s within walking distance to the Bund and the shopping district of West Nanjing Road, and surrounded by several malls—making transportation and access very convenient. The main reason we chose this hotel was to experience the historical charm of the former “Far East Hotel.” It certainly delivered on that front. The only downside is that there isn’t a dedicated breakfast area; instead, breakfast is delivered to the room. The options are quite limited—mainly bread, orange juice and coffee. That said, ordering food delivery is very convenient, and everything gets sent directly to your room. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay filled with character.

Beautiful Balcony

A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App.
