This hotel does not have spa or pool. You can get a great massage anywhere around the well located hotel or in the AP Plaza. No pool was not a big issue for us. The Staff were really nice and helpful. Housekeeping Staff left a great impression on us and was very nice. But again they do not provide Toothbrushes and toothpaste. This is very inconvenient since I usually rely on the ones provided. The breakfast was okay. Nothing outstanding. But the staff were always attentive and very quick to offer great service. The carpets seem a bit outdated and in need of urgent replacement in my opinion. Great location.

The location of the hotel, and its staff are wonderful. It’s very clean with comfortable beds. Its breakfast is soooo good. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to Shanghai.

the room was very nice, very clean. the staff was quite helpful to find something for dinner even at midnight when our flight had landed, and the breakfast was great every day. the location is also helpful, specially for first-time travelers since it's close to most places you'd like to visit, shopping, and not too far of a walk to the old city.

Perfect placed at metro entrance no.14 and the center of Shanghai. Quiet and pleasant hotel. We had ordered three rooms for seven people. The three rooms we got, but there were only six beds. The hotel charged an additional payment for an extra bed. They did not respond to our arguments that we have ordered for seven people. Totally unacceptable. In addition they also charged for an extra person for breakfast.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There is a personal touch to this boutique hotel. It is close by to Nanjing Pedestrian street without the hustle and bustle of the shopping street . It is also extremely close to a metro exit (within 2 mins walk) and next to a huge mall. The room is clean and extremely spacious for 1 to 2 people stay. The bathroom is excellent with separate shower and toilet and a bathtub as well. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.
