Very close to the 14 line. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Laundry was very convenient but the indicator to tell you that a washer is available wasn't working. Overall, a great hotel.

Loved how this hotel was so close to the metro station! Literally just crossing the street! There is also plenty of Family Marts nearby to get drinks/food/snacks… etc! Overall, a very nice, walkable area! Still pretty busy but not chaotic like the Bund or any other heavy tourists areas! The hotel itself smells amazing as you walk in and it’s simple but very clean and well maintained! Very aesthetically pleasing to the naked eye! About a 20 min walk to Jing’an Temple and if the weather permits I would walk to the French concession which is about 40 min walk or of course using the metro which all connect nicely!

The room was very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. There’s also a daily store right across the street and a nice restaurant just opposite the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, a very good experience.

W e genuinely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very convenient location and a lot of shops, restaurants, and local markets. Not too noisy at night and the sheets are super cozy. Can I just also mention the electric toilet? What A life saver.

As a foreigner who lives in China, the check-in was very frustrating. I have a resident visa and use e-channel at the airport so I do not get stamps in my passport. I explained this to them in English and Mandarin and they would not listen to me. They didn’t understand e-channel but also would not listen to my explanation. At one point there were 4 staff members searching through my passport for the last entry stamp after I had told them the date of my last entry and that they wouldn’t find a stamp. Finally, they gave up (15 minutes later) and thanked me for teaching them something new. It was infuriating. HOWEVER, the room was excellent, the bed, fluffy towels, pillows, shower, everything was great! And I would stay again! Just train your staff on better check-in procedures for foreigners.

Hotel was new and clean. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly. Located right around the corner from an MTR line 14 entrance, less than 3-4 min walk. Not too busy around the area, anecdotally able to find local breakfasts like cong you mian, xiao hun tun, cong you bing just up the street for breakfast from 7AM. A small Family Mart across the road as well. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 7 nights and it was an amazing experience! Staff was courteous even when English was not their forte. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with both eastern and western choices of food. Room was clean and spacious. There are quite a bit of freebies including some complimentary evening snacks. Location of this hotel is less than 5 min walking distance from the metro where 1 stop can allow for transfers to the 2 line which connects you almost anywhere downtown. If we ever go again, would choose urcove hyatt and jing an! Highly recommend
