"★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at Novotel Shanghai Clover! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth for our family from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—very close to Shanghai Disney, which made getting to the park easy and stress-free. The hotel is especially great for kids, with fun play areas that kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. The room was extremely large, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality pillows, sheets, and mattress—perfect for relaxing after long days at the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent—lots of variety and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and well organized. Another huge plus: stroller rentals are available, which made our Disney days much easier. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to Disney, the airport, and nearby train stations, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Perfect for families visiting Disney—highly recommend!"

"Hannie( employee from Philippines) at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival, she offered to upgrade my stay to a corner suite that has both river view and city view. The room has great view and is bright and comfortable. It exceeds my expectations for the price I paid for. I ‘d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have quick access to the Bund and Yu Garden."

"The staff is really welcoming, quick easy checking in and out. Free airport shuttle bus is very convenient and follows the schedules very well. Room is very clean. Didn’t try the free breakfast cuz the earlier flight, but the hotel is very thoughtful, prepared foods in a grab and go bags for customers who have early flights.( a hard boiled egg, one banana, one fresh soft bread and small pouch of cookies). Exceeding my expectations for a transitional stay."
