"The location was very convenient. The family room was spacious and clean. The only thing that needs major improvement was the room service food. We ordered room service on a rainy night. It was super expensive (over 500 yuan for four simple items) and tasted terrible. For that price, you would expect decent food. It was the worst meal we had in Shanghai. We can’t order food delivery because we don’t have a local phone number. We ask staff for the hotel number for delivery but didn’t work and we didn’t really get much help so we ended up ordering room service."

"It is inside the airport. Very convenient if you just need a few hours rest or even spend a couple of nights as you have the metro and MAGLEV stations there, so it is very easy to reach the city and enjoy. "

"The bed was comfortable, but the room floor especially was dirty dusty don’t know the last time the floor had been mopped. It felt gritty. Equipment in the gym old, but worked the hotel TV programming indicated to English channels. There were none. The staff was not very friendly, especially in the dining room. There was a gentleman that worked in that area that was not friendly towards me."

"I caught cold when I arrived the hotel. The staff there were very kind and efficient. Their robot was very helpful delivering medications I ordered online. Fast and reliable. I like the white congee and pickles there. Nice hotel."

"If you’re booking for the shuttle, don’t bother. The shuttle is very confusing, dirty, and inefficient. Pick up from the airport is near impossible and drop off is even worse. The last shuttle is at 2pm so if you have a late afternoon/evening flight it’ll be useless. "
