Great location Shuttle to airport

The proximity to Terminal 3 is great - just an easy 10 minute walk. We'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good, personal chef for omelettes was a nice touch but it opened late and got busy fast. Room was very fancy upon first look but further inspection showed some gaps, the windows were poor quality and the microwave was very inefficient. The gym was decent but I observed water leaking from the ceiling in a corner, over machines electronic plug ins- I told staff, very unsafe. Lack of stairs were annoying as only 2/3 elevators worked and it was quite busy in the hotel. I was unable to sleep as I am allergic to the type of pillow they use, staff was very accommodating in collecting a different pillow for me to use. Overall positive stay, safe parking at a cost, and close proximity to the airport/events which was nice.

The hotel staff was amazing. They were all kind and really made you feel welcomed. My only grievance is that there’s not enough parking. I think they are renovation their parking but the area we used didn’t have enough slots. We had to park by a nearby restaurant instead. Other than that our stay was great.

We had a very nice (and quiet) room with a beautiful view overlooking a horse track. Took a minute to figure out where to park/checkin, but once that was done we had a great stay. Dined at the Copperhorn Meet House (delicious!).
