Beautiful hotel! The free drinks are helpful any time of day (alcohol only in the afternoon and evening). The onsen is well worth a visit: go at 7pm as it's very quiet while people are eating.

Beds uncomfortable. Noisy ventilation equipment. Buffet food largely mediocre. Public onsen best aspect of hotel. Nice complementary beverage bar. If you need a place to stay in this relatively remote part of Japan, it’ll do. But just.

Natural Twin room is spacious. Onsen and restaurant food are good. Like the amenities provided. Only thing is no room service - they only changed towels and trash bag need to place at the door yourself.

The hotel room's sanitation system obviously malfunctioned. The toilet reeked of urine smell and despite us scrubbing and cleaning the bathroom and toilet, the urine smell remains. The room temperature is also badly controlled such that we could not sleep as it was too hot and we in fact checked out early. The saving grace is the dinner buffet as the food is of good quality

The food is pretty good and it’s kinda included. It’s Japan! Pay for the person not the room. The area is so beautiful.

It was a very nice staying at the hotel. Hope its surrounding should be improved in a near future. Some tips I had are: The flooring of whisking sauna was bare, concrete. My feet were almost burnt. From a safety reason, there must be a wooden board or a thick towel. It was a little bit unclear what one of a staff explaining about an instruction of the hotel. Someday, we family hope to stay again.

Nice hotels and renovated south wing. Public bath can give you surprise as obvious tattoo friendly when I walked in the changing room seeing a full tatto at the back of a man. Taiwanese (? given the very unique ascent speaking mandarin ?) may need more training on not taking others’ slippery stored in the shelf, for their own sneakers. They sounded very excited with the trip, so they may forget to read some guidence when checking in the hotel provided info on the web.
