"Everything was very good from reception to room service. The staff is very polite and friendly, responsive within minutes. I really liked the breakfast buffet. The only thing is that there's a problem with the shower drain..and I hope they fix it. Again, staff is very well trained and helped me at checking out. Checking in/out were very good. "First of all, there was water in the bathroom leaking every day. They said they fixed it , but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I also skipped and bruised my shoulder. It was terrible. There was no microwave as well. We could not heat up our food. We paid in advance for two meals and they said we only paid for room. There was no mention of food included on my receipt unfortunately. I will ask for partial refund from Expedia . "

"De buurt waar de hotel staat is zeer verwaarloosd en de hotel zelf is verouderd. Het ontbijt is zeer eentonig en er is weinig keus. Er werd in het hotel door andere gerookt en gekookt waardoor de geur van eten en rook bij ons in de kamer terecht kwam. Het was er heel smerig."
