Very outdated room with small window unit. Cleaning staff would turn off the window unit while we were out exploring so it would be VERY hot/humid when we got back in. (We went in the beginning of June). I will say the location was absolutely perfect. It was right in the theatre district, next to a little bodega and restaurant, and a block from Times Square.

Check was efficient. I was in line for less than 5 minutes. Online reviews had almost scared me off the hotel with tales of long queues for checking.
Room was small but clean and had everything I needed. In room amenity - soap, platoon etc were of high quality,
I was very pleased with the value I got for the hotel.
