"Mediocre Stay Despite Welcoming Staff I chose this hotel based on its high ratings just before our departure from Miami, but unfortunately, the actual experience was quite substandard. While the staff members were notably helpful and kind, the facility itself failed to meet even average comfort levels. Several issues made our stay inconvenient: Room Amenities: Upon arrival, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in our room were already empty. It is quite unprofessional that housekeeping failed to check or replenish these essentials before our check-in. Communication Issues: The room telephone was non-functional, making it impossible to reach the front desk for assistance. Having to manage requests in person due to equipment failure was a significant drawback. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was a major letdown. The food options were unhealthy, and the setup was disorganized and lacked care. It certainly did not match the standards suggested by previous reviews. Regrettably, while the team appears to be doing their best, the management needs to prioritize maintenance and catering quality. I would not recommend this property until these fundamental issues are addressed. "
