This hotel should not be operating. No water in the shower or the toilet for the duration of our 4-day stay, and the hotel staff say there is nothing they can do about it. The rooms, bathrooms are other facilities are really old and rundown. The only positive is that the beds are comfortable.

It is not worth the money paid for. Needs deep renovation No tv channels, hot water, and telephone set for 5 days. Front desk Manager is not cooperative. Main food dishes is served by staff with very small portiins even it is supposed to be buffet.No varieties in menue especially the breakfast. AC of dining hall most of time not working and the rest of time is not cool enough to enjoy your meal or to stay longer time.

I reserved all inclusive but the hotel scammed me and denied giving me all inclusive…. They only gave me full board even thpugh I paid all inclusive . They only offered water and coke. They said coffe and hard drinks are not included. They gave other people booked through booking. Com half price When I got to the room the tv was broken Shower was not working , and beds had no sheets or towel’s Water was out every day for two hours I made two payment : one to exchange the room to pool view and the other one for late check out . Howerver, they never gave me receipt… which is fishy. Soda is fllat becuase they use cheap bottles to refill cups. bus is only twice a day for beach and leave you for 4 hours without a toilet ( there) No real eggs or milk at breakfast Dirty old towels and sheets Old furniture Positive part Staff is very nice … especially people at the restaurant…. They are so nice and friendly I have photos to upload

Great place for the money

The stay was great. The swimming pool is awesome, there’s lots of things to do within the resort. The staff members are amazing especially mono who does Amazing(cheap) massages. An Besho who does fantastic animations. Only bad points was ice cream and shisha man (Islam) will try rip you off every chance he gets. Do Not trust him!!

Do not book here

Should have listened to the other bad reviews...We did arrive late (11:00PM) but they gave away our confirmed reservation and were "full" with no rooms, so we had to taxi to another hotel in the middle of the night. Massive hassle. Bad customer service. All bad.

Estuve hospedado por 20 días, en general buena experiencia para los que buscan un lugar para dormir y salir a conocer la ciudad. Habitación amplia, muebles rústicos de madera, cuenta con unas entradas de luz que alumbran la habitación con los primeros rayos de sol. Ubicado en Hadaba, a 1 km más o menos del centro comercial Il Mercato, a unos 2 km de distancia de Naama Bay, la zona más animada de la ciudad y también cercana al Old market. En general bien, contraté el servicio de desayuno y es prácticamente el mismo todos los días. El señor Hakim muy amable y servicial, personal de limpieza también muy respetuoso. En mi caso, para el fin que fui que es andar por la ciudad y usar el establecimiento casi que exclusivamente para dormir, bien, recomendado.

Осталась расстроена прибывание в данном отеле.За все время ни разу не убирали в номере! Мусор не выносили! Хочу отметить ресторан.Еда не вкусная! Мало и накладывают в тарелки повара.Есть такой официант,неприятный,высокий, темный, в порванных туфлях,по имени Валид,следит за каждой тарелкой еды взятой, стоит над головой и контролирует,что очень не приятно!!!Жаловались отдыхающие,что воспользовавшись за неделю отдыха однажды баром,захотели ещё раз повторить и он не налил !!!Объяснив ,что сегодня уже один раз наливал!!! Многие возмущались,что все включено,но бесполезно что-то объяснять! Интернета нет!!!Можно многое перечислять неудобст,но я больше сюда никогда не вернусь! И вам не рекомендую!

. Purtroppo non tutto è andato per il meglio. Il villaggio in cui abbiamo soggiornato si è rivelato un totale disastro sotto tutti i punti di vista. Sporchissimo, qualità del cibo pessimo oltre al fatto che ci hanno propinato per 15 giorni sempre gli stessi piatti, pranzo e cena: riso, fagioli e pollo. Per colazione purea di patate, lenticchie e fagioli. Il pane sembrava cartone. Una piscina senza i bocchettoni per il ricambio dell'acqua, personale scontroso e maleducato che non capisce una sola parola di italiano. Camere appena passabili. Lenzuola mai cambiate per tutto il soggiorno. In piscina solo 19 sdraie occupate già dalle 6 del mattino da ospiti cafoni che nemmeno ci stavano. La sala del ristorante con tavoli e sedie insufficienti. Per due giorni sono state ospitate 28 persone parenti di un membro dello staff che si è sposato. La direzione ha lasciato loro le camere e i nuovi arrivi si sono trovati a non avere più le camere che avevano pagato. In una di queste sere del matrimonio, la gente è rimasta in piedi per la cena, perché i tavoli e le sedie erano stati spostati all'esterno per festeggiare il matrimonio. La navetta per la spiaggia, di soli 14 posti partiva dal villaggio alle 9.30 costretta a fare più giri per portare la gente nelle due spiagge convenzionate. Naturalmente, assalto al pulmino, arrivo in spiaggia e lettini insufficienti per tutti. Non è normale che io paghi un all'inclusive e poi sia costretta ad andare a comprarmi il te, i biscotti, le br

Buena relación costo beneficio

En general buena relación costo-beneficio. Habitaciones limpias y en buenas condiciones. Contrate servicio con desayuno y cena incluida, pero realmente no vale la pena ya que todos los días es lo mismo, pero igual para comer no hay nada cerca. Lugar tranquilo y animado en la noche para los huéspedes. Funciona contratar el todo incluido ya que las bebidas del bar alcoholicas o no son ilimitadas y con el clima y considerando que no se consigue licor con facilidad en Sharm lo vale. Sugerencia: procurar que haya empleados que hablen español.

I booked through Expedia, a pre paid reservation, and in the hotel they charged me 200 Egyptian pounds. I called Expedia and they refunded me. But still it was very confusing situation and not happy with that!
