Staff were really friendly and nice. Facilities were nice but a little but dated around the edges on the mountain side, not a big deal though. Wonderful access to pools and beaches

My stay was amazing. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and always smiling, especially Mohammed in the Beach side of the hotel. If I’m able to return to this city. I will definitely stay here.

A beautiful well designed hotel catering for families which offers peace of mind for parents seeking some downtime while children play in and around the hotel grounds, pool, kids play area. Their hotel suites are spacious and comfortable for family access with balcony overlooking the main courtyard

The pool had an amazing sand area, 2 areas with slides, and a nice pool bar in the middle. I wish I had drinks in the room in the fridge! especially since I had all inclusive, but I understand that was mainly for the outside bars.

Very nice resort good location in sharks bay private beach had good snorkelling. Half of the hotel under reservation meaning the second pool and spa were closed.

Great hotel and great staff

I had a few issues with the bill but the customer service I received from Mahmoud gamal on the front desk was excellent and he resolved everything with confidence and a friendly a courteous attitude.

Need an upgrade

Hotel needs an upgrade of condition and facilitites asap. Furnitures are from 80s in the room, bed was loose which did not help for a comfortable stay. Yet, staff is helpful and breakfast is decent

The resturant at the Beach side is the best and all the guys working there are awesome. Can’t remember there names. But the hotel need more entertainment like party, music in the night and party by the beach. There is a lack of experience among the Reception staff. The service around the hotel at the beach side is very poor even Turkish coffee served only at one restaurant at mountain side.

The food at the hotel was quite good, with a nice variety and decent quality. Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t live up to the same standard. A major downside was the persistent smell of sewage around the property, which really affected the overall experience. Also, the beach shuttle service was very limited and unreliable, making it inconvenient to get to and from the beach. Overall, some positives, but several important areas need improvement.

Absolutely loved my stay at doubletree Sharm el sheikh. It was the most comfortable and entertaining holiday. It was very convenient as I had a little one with me. The beach was such a close walk and also had a minibus going there. The all inclusive option was nice however I feel like they could have made the lunch and dinner options a bit more exciting. The staff were the nicest. The entertainment was really good!! Overall very clean, fun and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The pool was great. rooms are big and clean, but a bit outdated in style. Food is very basic, the manu in the buffet was almost the same the 7 days we stayed there. This was a bit boring. The hoel is very clean.

The area is great, the food was bad - they don't cater for foreign visitors, it mostly local food. Their service response takes very long. The entertainment was boring - the program that is advertised does not happen. The accommodation was good - neat and clean but they clean the rooms very late and they don't clean properly. Overall we had a pleasant stay!
