Buyer beware. These so called five star resorts in Sharm are not rated that why by Forbes or some reputable authority. They are rated by the Minustery of Egyptian Tourism and let’s just say they are overly generous w the ratings. This place is a 3 stars tops. Terrible terrible all inclusive food. Food not fresh. Service shockingly disappointing. Literally rude at times

Amazing modern hotel

Very beautiful new and modern hotel. The best in Sharm el Sheikh. The rooms are amazing, the pools and the Beach are just awesome. The animation team was so nice and friendly. The employees from reception, bars, restaurants, rooms cleaning, actually all of them were amazing. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for those amazing holidays

I enjoyed it here but didn’t like that we couldn’t watch Netflix on TV or access other international tv shows. They need smart TVs. The TV was also placed away from the bed view so you’ll always have to sit to watch tv.

Terrible experience. Room was opposite demolition works happening in the neighbouring hotel. Had to upgrade to get a decent room. We were promised late check out but on last day we were refused the late check out and almost kicked out.

New hotel in impeccable condition. Very comfortable, clean, modern and relaxing environment. The swimming pools have warm water. The sea is beautiful and you can go snorkelling offshore. The service at the pool and beach is excellent with a wide variety of drinks and afternoon snacks at the beach. All four à la carte restaurants are amazing. Hands down the best food we have ever had and we travelled around the world. My favorite was the Munchery international restaurant with a different menu every day of the week. The Egyptian night on Thursday was beyond expectation. The service was 10/10 and the manager Mr Mohammed Abdel Wahab was exceptional. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

The aesthetics of the property are beautiful. The resort is on the beach w/plenty of sunbeds to relax & easy access to the water w/great space to do some snorkeling. There are 3 pools to pick from, our favorite was Utopia-an infinity pool that looks right into the sea. We booked a jacuzzi room & it was fun, but lacked a bit of privacy as the rooms next & above you can see/hear everything. Quite a few dining options, but our favorite was the Italian. They do activities throughout the day, but they aren't announced anywhere & the hotel app was not working. It would be great to have a WhatsApp group where guests can receive daily updates on the property during our stay. The hotel is NEW, & most of the staff is friendly, but the support staff is NOT fully prepared to provide appropriate service for this property type, so that needs to improve greatly. The supervisory/management staff is superb, & they are doing their best. We had a few mishaps during our stay, but they did step in to help ease everything. We visited during a special event, & it was fun. We had an all-inclusive package, & it was a bit of a let-down that liquor was only during certain hours (10 AM-12midnight?) They say there is a surcharge outside of those hours, but we didn't try as we had stock from duty-free. (Many other resorts in the area don't have these restrictions). Overall the stay was okay. We enjoyed the amenities but wished the overall service would have been better.

STAY AWAY! Full of loud obnoxious Russians. If you’re British / European then honestly stay away. The hotel is okay but food is very same same. Sitting by the pool you get young Russian girls coming up every 10 mins asking to join a ‘pool party’ and they don’t take no for an answer. After a round of asking everyone individually they then proceed to shout around the pool. Honestly I get the impression they want this to become a Russian resort so please let the Russians have it. You’ll will never see me return to this resort and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows about this.
