Not happy!

We were very excited to be staying at the hotel. However, when we got there it was not 5* as advertised it was very dirty and not what we had expected. The places around the hotel were used as storage and were a sight sore. We spent so much money and it really wasn’t worth it.

Ok hotel apart from from the receptionists

Everything was good the general manger director was the best mr. Sameh who was going around all the time to grantee the best service. The only bad thing that the staff working in the reception were unkind and no understanding and don’t believe what you say to them, we didn’t have lunch the day that we make the check in så we suppose to have the last day but they said no, first time I see something like that.
