Very charming older hotel but with updated comforts. Staff was outstanding. Super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Gladys at the front desk. Parking easy access across the street. Walkable to the Ferry Building. Great views of the bay and bay bridge. Perry’s was a good option for meals too! Highly recommend!

We had a thoroughly satisfying stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. The location is unbeatable—it’s just a quick walk to the Pier and very close to the cable car station. The check-in process was a highlight: parking right at the entrance was easy, and the staff member, Jenny, was incredible. After learning that we had just gotten married, she kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room faced the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet. While the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are very complete and well-maintained. The parking situation was also very convenient. We loved the 'seamless' touch of being able to return our room keys right at the parking exit after checking out. A truly smooth and wonderful experience!

Walkable distance to Grace cathedral, Chinatown, Cerberus car museum & restaurants. Clean& quiet room Shampoo & conditioner didn’t suit my hair.

We had a corner room on the 8th floor and it was a lot larger than I expected it to be, very spacious. The bathroom was huge as well. The staff was very nice-we needed to print some things and they gladly printed them for us. I also loved that the water machine down the hallway, also had ice, so we could fill up with cold water. It is in an excellent, very central location as well. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent hotel and restaurant staff was very accommodating very pleasant, very professional and everything was very clean
