"My husband and my sister and her husband stayed her for four nights mid sep 2027. Everything was perfect for us. Beautiful location to minnewaska state preserve. So much hiking for all levels surrounded us. We also rode our e-bikes on rail trail over Hudson River. Found great restaurants for cocktails and appetizers. To name a few: mountain brauhaus in new Paltz, Lola’s in new paltz, rough cut brewing. Just a beautiful location, enjoyed sauna , fire pit, exercise basement, pool table, table tennis. Kitchen well appointed. Host and manager highly attentive and informative with any of my questions. Highlight for my brother-in law was the turn table and huge selection of albums. He played DJ during our visit!!!!"

"Wonderful place along the river. So many thing to do and enjoy. The back yard was just beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hot tub, fishing, BBQing and all sort of games. Many fantastic hikes nearby too. Lots of great places to eat in New Paltz."

"The cleanliness was truly at a hotel level, and everything was so well organized and neatly arranged that it made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.Simply looking out at the beautiful mountains with such an open and breathtaking view was healing in itself. The spacious kitchen also made our time together even more enjoyable, giving us a wonderful space to share meals and create memories with our family.Communication with the host was easy and pleasant, and whenever we had a question or needed help, it was easy to get things resolved.This was truly a wonderful place for our family to spend quality time together. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and comfortable place to rest and enjoy."

"Everything is as advertised. The biggest plus is that there’s no TV, followed by the fire pit outside. It’s also very close to Minnewaska state park and Mohonk preserve. Overall a very good experience."

"Our stay was lovely! The property is perfectly situated for a relaxing vacation but also close enough to shops, farms, and parks in nearby New Paltz. Sheila was also very responsive and helpful; she provided useful sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and, when we contacted her with a refrigerator issue, she responded immediately and even stopped by the following day to make sure everything was working as it should. Our pup was relaxed in a way we hadn’t seen in quite a while! Will definitely be back to this special spot!"
