"AWFUL !! i couldn’t use my bathroom for OVER three hours because no one would come unlock the door !! the front desk said they couldn’t !!! also- the TV wouldn’t work because the remote was broken ! So for over three hours no tv and no bathroom for a room i paid full price for and NO help ! i will NEVER NEVER be back !!! i’m was never treated in such an awful way at a motel in my life ! I will tell everyone!"
