There are no staff on site at this hotel and entry to the building and the room is by digital code supplied before arrival. We had problems getting into our room on the first night because the code was rejected . Help was available by phone and we were able to gain access eventually and though we had no further difficulties it remained a source of anxiety.

Easy onsite parking (with fee) and delicious breakfasts at Louise Tavern. Staff is kind and helpful.

The people were all genuinely nice. It’s a well located beautiful property. Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. We were not although we had booked many many months in advance. They never came to do my room although i had asked for it to be clean with a sign from 6-2 then dnd 2-3. We got back at 11pm and there was a note saying the room hadnt been serviced. I asked at the bar what the gluten free options were/ could be. She just told me that i would need to check online. It wasnt online. I would have expected more support from the waitress, which eventually came after i asked her to please check with the kitchen. It felt like my condition was not her problem and i was a burden. There is a japanese toilet in my room which I appreciated but the seat was all yellowed from the heater which felt gross. I usually stay at the Fairmont or Germain when in quebec (or elsewhere) and i get much more of a sense of hospitality when i stay at those properties than i did at the st antoine. Nobody asked about me, my welcome amenuty had Gluten. Usually, at fairmont or germain they have it in my file. The rooms at st antoine were nicer and more curated. Overall, at the same price, I would probably go back to my usual suspects. Would not hesitate to stay there, i just feel there are better options for service.

Great location in the old city;Jazz night at the bar was lovely to listen to, even though the prices were quiet ; the room is comfortable, beautiful, and I love the Nespresso machine! The concert was friendly, helpful, and could be very amusing to chat with!
