"Great staff, super clean, even got a free room upgrade. Everything within walking distance The only thing I did not like was the toilet paper provided.. single sheets and tears apart. Reminded me of camping outhouse toilet paper. So yes 80% great place to stay. But please change that horrible toilet paper. "

"The suite was spotless and well maintained. The view was wonderful with the legislature outlined in lights right in our view. Staff is very friendly and helpful . Price is fairly high but worth it. Our favourite. And steps away from lots of shops and restaurants in the downtown centre."

"Unfortunately there was construction work going on early in The mornings. On the first morning the fire alarm went off 3 times. It was a very poor stay. I was switched to a different room but in the end it was not much different."

"We had a wonderful stay at Parkside. The venue is gorgeous; like bringing the outside in. I loved the Koi pond. It was so relaxing to sit by it. The suite was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed overlooking the Koi pond from our own patio. The pool was great; quite large and warm. Spacious hot tub as well, though a little bit on the hotter side so was hard to stay in for too long. I loved the in-room washer/dryer machine; was so handy and an all in one machine. Heated flooring was very nice after a shower. All sorts of kitchen details to cook your own meal even an ice tray provided. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the room’s fireplaces unfortunately. I would suggest adding instructions for those, the washed/dryer, and dish washer. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Very cool to be able order pizza and ice cream right to your room. We had a lovely chat with the hotel manager, Casper. You have hired an exceptional employee. It was mine and my daughter’s birthday and he was so kind to us. To add, it was great to see the location is very accessible to disabled or elderly individuals. Including an walkin shower with hand rails and fold out chair in the shower. The attention to detail in ensuring a great stay did not go unnoticed. Overall was a really great stay, we absolutely would stay again. Highly recommended. "

"I was only there for an overnight but the front desk is staffed 24hrs so you can arrive very late.. no problem. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable! And very conveniently situated! "
