"The place overlooks Lake Tekapo. It is hard to see the full lake from the cabin because there are trees blocking it, but if you walk a few minutes down, you can get stunning views of the lake. The place also has a no partying rule and complete quiet after 10:30pm. It is not very friendly for travelers without cars as the reception area is a 5-10 mins walk away and the roads are a bit rocky on some parts."

"Lovely 3 bedroom cottage, very cosy, we visited Tekapo when it was quite cold, cottage was easy to keep warm. We really enjoyed our stay."
