Hotel was okay but pretty old. Musty, heavy perfume smell, enough to have to change rooms. Rooms were okay, check in staff was great. Didn't use any amenities, so can't speak to those. Biggest problem was the lighting. It was so poor over the mirror, putting on makeup or anything else needing a reflection was poor. Couldn't see anything. Pretty major for a woman getting ready for an event.

Hidden Gem

This was a very nice and friendly place to visit and stay The staff was very, very helpful and Pleasant the food was good. The pool in the Jacuzzi we enjoyed our little getaway.

I highly recommend if you’re only staying for a little while the hot tub and the pool were basically empty when my boyfriend and I went but that might be because this is just a great hidden gem in the town of boiling springs!
