- Newly renovated open concept modern ranch beach house with beach access across the street to launch kayaks, paddle boards, canoe or go for a swim in fabulous Silver Beach. Primary bedroom has a desk, walk in closet and shower with two shower heads. Jack and Jill bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. House sleeps 10. Each bedroom has a smart TVs. House has full basement with desk, bed, large tv and kitchenette. The basement is on street level and can be entered into from the two car garage. Equipped with WiFi, Sonos and Alexa. Every bedroom has a smart tv, Front porch features a oversized porch swing with Sunbrella fabric cushions and Frontgate furniture perfect for viewing the sunset. The heated pool features an electric solar cover. The backyard has a large outdoor bbq, 8 teak chaise lounge chairs, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table and chairs.
