The property was clean , but the room service was only done upon request and was not every day .There was several options for breakfast . overall happy .

Good spread for a free breakfast. Pool and slide were nice, but crowded. You need to sign up for an hour time slot and get wristbands.

The place has an odor the moment you even set foot in the building. It's like they clean with just water and nothing else. The linen is very poor quality and slightly stained. The room could use a vacuuming. It's loud in the morning, no soundproof rooms. The elevators smells horrible. They can definitely do better. The staff was friendly.

CONS: Our room toilet was malfunctioning and the bathroom layout was odd with angled double doors very close to the beds. The beds and pillows were too soft making them uncomfortable and hot. The pool was unmonitored and complete chaos with teens running, yelling, cutting lines and going down the slide 3 to 5 at a time. The pool towels are ridiculously small and 2 of the 3 we got were grossly stained. Morning of 11AM checkout we had Do Not Disturb sign on door and housekeeping still knocked on door at 10:40 AM asking to clean. Pool use works on a one hour reservation basis but we only found this out when we checked in. However no one is monitoring the pool area to make people stick to their reservation times.
PROS: Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of tasty options and helpful staff. Design on the to-go coffee cups are really cute. Pool would be really nice with great slide if it was monitored by staff for safety.

Only stayed one night. A simple hotel, no frills. Nice and clean. Stayed because of a party at Il Palio restaurant. Would recommend for dinner. I heard the sushi place across the street was good. The free breakfast was good. Basic food. Oatmeal was delicious. Staff was very pleasant. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

The Breakfast was horrible, there was alot of rust on the shower wall, but due to it being for a teenager getaway the boys did not mind it, but me being the parent I was surprised to see that. The staff were great, but I genuinely feel like the breakfast could have atleast provided sausages that was not cooked like cardboard.

Great pool area and the water slide is a definite hit with the kids. Staff at front desk is rude and can’t be bothered. Check in process was lengthy because they did not seem to know what they were doing-normally would not mind, but since front desk was rude, it wasn’t acceptable. Overall good hotel for kids. Pool area is nice. Didn’t know we would have to book reservation times for pool. But still was able to enjoy. Great experience-really just the staff is unfriendly and can’t be bothered.

Rude morning reception clerk. I was very very sick in the morning and would not have minded changing rooms if I had to.
You see I booked with Expedia first and had to change itinerary to one day earlier.
I called the hotel itself and booked one day earlier with a hotel receptionist.
My conversation with a reception clerk when I asked to come one day earlier put me in a king room and said that if I was comfortable I would most likely be able to stay in the room without having to move. She was excellent. Very nice and accommodating.
But like I said the morning staff starting forcing me out of room at 11:00 am. I explained to her how sick I was and could not come down to reception and wait there while she changed everything. It was impossible.
Also, the rooms are extremely light in the day without being able to adjust.

The room was a good size for my family but the attitude of some staff were poor. My kids enjoyed the pool and indoor slide the most. Be aware though that the pool is limited to one hour time slots.
