"One of the old hotel located in suzhou and having quick access to nearby industrial area. Rooms are outdated yet neat and clean. Rooms are spacious too. But staff are lacking in English and bit difficult to communicate and also, they pretend not listening most times. May be good for local people but not for international travellers"

"Very very enjoy this place - the family suite room we had was excellent and it felt like we were living in a palace. The staff was good helping us get cars and being attentive whenever we came to the lobby but they didn’t tell us about some of the perks like the night cruise and hanfu clothing which was a shame. We found out when we were checking out and walked past a sign."
