Very old and dirty. The water wasn't draining correctly in the shower. There was mold on the shower wall. Wifi wasn't working at all. Towels in the room were so old they looked like cleaning rag, the sides were falling apart. One of the phones in the room did not work.

Excellent staff who would go an extra mile to help

This has been my fourth stay here & I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang. The location is in downtown & close to the railway station and in downtown. I stayed at the hotel recently for 3 days. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when I complained that I had lost something in the room, they scanned the security cameras, got their security to turn the place inside out and even went to the extent of calling over the cops. Eventually, much to my embarrassment, I discovered that I had misplaced the object. The staff were courteous enough to overlook my mistake pretending that it never happened. This is professional hospitality business at its best. I sincerely apologize to the hotel for the inconvenience caused.

全般的には、値段に比し、設備、部屋、等非常によく快適である。 残念ながら、従業員のほとんどが日本語は無理としても、英語が通じないので非常に不便である。 もう少し英語の話せる従業員を増やせば日本人、欧米人が宿泊して非常に落ち着いた感じの良いホテルである。

시내에 있고 한인타운까지 택시로 기본요금입니다. 도보로 타이위엔지에, 바로 밑에는 은행과 스타벅스도 있어서 편리함. 다만 굉장히 오래되서... 낡았습니다. 화장실도 낡음. 그래도 다 깨끗하게 관리하고 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 so...so 그럭저럭입니다. 그래도 위치가 무난해서 재방문할만합니다.
