"Coming from Canada, I found this hotel to be absolutely perfect. The suite was incredibly spacious, among the most I've ever experienced. The staff greeted me warmly and were exceptionally friendly. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient. And the morning breakfast buffet, included in the stay, was both amazing and extensive. I would unquestionably choose to stay here again in the future."

"I’ve stayed here for the second time, each stay has been for a week minimum. It’s a good clean no frills apartment hotel. Ideal for business travelers who are spending less time in the room. The breakfast is quite basic but good enough to get going. "

Nothing to fault about.

"Good hotel. Good service. Breakfast was a bit boring, nothing special or fascinating. Room TV can do screen casting and provide a charging port for USB charging at the bedside which is something basic in the current high-tech world but I rarely see it in old hotels so I am pleased that Shangri-La thought of this. There's a Starbuck just across the hotel too. "
