"Air conditioning is always an issue with hotels including most international brands. It’s stuffy in the room. Air cond is basically doing recirculation with not much cold, crispy air when you turn the temp down. Winter is fine but for Sumner travel, it is a real issue. Otherwise, hotel is fine, close to everything snd breakfast buffet is quite decent. Again, this air conditioning issue is common even among international brands."

"What I did not like was when the smoke of fire happened when we went down the emergency exits you the hotel had the doors locked. That is a major safety problem, and needs to be addressed by your staff."
