The space
This beautiful property is just across the street from the water. Kayaks are available and guests can inquire with Atwood Marina about renting a boat. Flat screen TV's in living room, bedroom #1, #2 and bedroom #3. Enjoy a bonfire after a day on the water; bring your own wood. 2 kids bikes available in the shed out back.

You can use our 4-seater golf cart during your stay. (May-Oct. 15)

🚫 No parties. 🔕 Quiet hours: 10p-8a. Our home is in a residential area and a home to many. We ask you to please keep noise to a minimum from 10p-8a.

🚗 Maximum cars permitted is 5. We have very narrow streets. Please make arrangements with your group of guests.

🚤 You are not permitted to dock any boat at our dock or open slip at our dock. They are privately owned. Contact us if you need to make arrangements.
