You cannot check in any earlier than 4:00. The lobby and the 2nd floor area was full of people waiting to get in. We ended up sitting on the floor waiting till 4:00. Some people in our area called the hotel right before 4:00 and were told they would have to wait no early check in. So, 4:00 arrives and the lobby area is packed with people waiting to check in. Finally, 25 minutes later was given my keys. We had 4 people in our room and were told only 3 towels and 2 facecloths and hand towels available. If we wanted more we would have to come downstairs or call for more. This made no sense to me. Staff were very nice as they had to deal with unhappy people which was not their fault. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The room was a tad on the small side, about the size of a normal master bedroom, but perfectly fine for our needs and no bathtub. That was the only bad thing I can say about the place. A short walk from Union Station and very close to the dome and arena. The staff were very courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay again
