Lovely stay, breakfast was decent, spa decent, room spacious and clean, lovely the music playing in room and could connect phone to screen share. Lymphatic massage was lovely and a good price. Would defo stay here again

Sol Tropikal was a nice spacious hotel to stay at. The bathroom was very nice, extra large bed and a massive balcony. The room came with a large sofa as well. The cleaners are very good and mopped the floors everyday. Generally very nice staff and atmosphere. I would say a good family friendly hotel. Easy short walk/access to pool and beach. Adult and child pool very good water level. Very enjoyable for all age. Clean beach and everything well maintained, would 100% recommend. Breakfast was very basic we only had it 2 days out of the 6 day stay as it wasn't something we would want to eat, wish they had more authentic items like borek or different. Just a small variety of basic stuff so not interesting for adults or kids. Therefore didn't eat at the hotel at any time. Outside there is local shops and restaurant (halal) but we chose to travel around Durres for restaurants. There is no porters at this hotel therefore expect to deal with your own luggage, they did help us as we had two young children in prams which was nice of them. No iron in the room but we asked house keeping and they gave us one which was very good. Reception is in a different building to the actual room we stayed at. It is located around 5 mins away with no staff in the building, so each time you need to go to reception you have to travel to another building. Generally very good.

"I arrived at 2.30am after the hotel I had booked was closed. Radisson took me in in the middle of the night and were so kind to me throughout my stay. Housekeeping is so good. Concierge fabulous. Andriana in the restaurant is your absolute shining star. Only criticism I have is on several occasions ..."

"Location was a little inconvenient as it has no driving access, and the taxi/bus drop off is at the side of the highway, but otherwise safe and pretty views of the Artificial Lake nearby. Experienced a water outage and a power outage while on our stay but staff addressed it promptly and it was fine ..."
