Shiga Prefecture Holidays

The hotel room had a strong, lingering odor of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as a non-smoking room. Ironically, I was handed a non-smoking policy statement when I checked in. my hair, all unpacked stuff in my luggage ended with smoke ordor. the expereince was so bad even when the location was only a few steps away from the subway station and the Osaka Dome. Recommand to look for any other hotel on the subway line than this. the price performance ratio was definately negative.

Great for what I needed at the price point.

It was a clean room and staff were very helpful we thought that when booking the inn that the gym would be accessible to all guests. However, you need to pay for each individual to enter the gym space since we weren’t there for long it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall a very convenient inn to stay and move around in Osaka.

I didn’t enjoy having to bring my dirty towels downstairs every day just to get fresh towels.. Should be collecting garbage everyday for the guests.
