"The Loews Kansas City hotel was immaculate. The check-in process was quick and trouble-free even though we were checking in three hours early. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations."

"Extremely spacious rooms, very contemporary. Everyone working there was extremely pleasant. Very convenient location for access to the 229 bus route. "

"Immediately when I walked in, staff greeted me and helped me quickly check in. I immediately noticed the lobby was clean and the furniture was nice and in good shape. When I got to the elevator the elevator was also immaculately clean and functioning very well. I usually find that hotel elevators are sketchy and theirs was not. There was plenty of parking. There honestly isn't a bad place to park. Our room was extremely clean and everything was very nice. The pool was clean and heated nicely. The gym was clean as well and had a good variety of stuff to do. The internet worked well as well for anyone who needs to work or game. The breakfast had a good variety including milk alternatives. It was a very pleasant stay and I would for sure stay here again."

"One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!"
