We loved the swimming pool. Great for families and very easy to walk from our accommodation to the pool. Skip the Beer Garden event on Friday night if they offer it.

Amazing Place

Just amazing. Everything is amazing. Customer service was superb 100% Rooms are neat. The photos here don’t bring justice to this place. It’s worth every penny. There’s a pool, too. We stayed with our 4 year old son. They allowed us to borrow some toys and game boards. There’s also bbq grill for rent. The beds were neatly arranged. Kitchen was equipped with utensils. I want to go back here again.

A rather unique staying experience at a spacious log house and one you'd want to be bringing friends along to. Absolutely excellent value for money, just inconvenient to get to (car/taxi basically mandatory). --- I went with enough people that we booked 2 of the standard quadruple bed rooms. Since these rooms are actually two halves of the same cabin (unlike the private villas), we basically had the whole cabin to ourselves. We gathered on one of the two sides and got pretty rowdy, then checked from the outside to confirm that it was fine and shouldn't be a disturbance to our neighbours. We opted for the barbecue grill rental (red Coleman grill), which they set up on one of our sides along with a bunch of chairs and basic lanterns. We went to a nearby Aeon supermarket to pick up meat, drinks, etc. (plus oil and condiments — anything that goes in the mouth wasn't provided and we had to procure those ourselves). BBQ turned out to be a very cost effective and fun way to have dinner with friends. Apparently if it had rained, they have portable stoves as replacements that can be used indoors. The kitchen was well stocked, with available items listed in Japanese somewhere on their website. We could have easily bought ingredients and cooked a meal here instead if we wanted. Only downside is you'll want a car (or taxi) to get here, past a rather narrow winding path in the woods. But it's located pretty well in the Shima area, only about 10 min drive from Shima Spain Village.

Amazing place, very good value for the money

The staff have been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location is lovely. It’s better to bring food with you as there is not much to eat around if you don’t have a car, and the taxi to/from Ugata station is about 2000 yen. The pool is a perfect depth for small children. Love the old fashioned bathtub but children and the elderly might need some help getting in and out. We will definitely be coming back!

Charming chalet very spacious

Very charming hotel with individual chalets. The first one offered unfortunately smelled like wet dog, but we were promptly offered another one that had no smell. Very spacious and comfortable chalet. Charming decoration and feeling. Check in was busy so I asked the menu to have dinner while waiting. I was told that the restaurant was busy and nothing was offered... so once we did the Check in, I went having dinner elsewhere. There are BBQ for rent and a swimming pool for summer.

施設までの道は狭いですが、乗用車２台でも場所を考えたらすれ違い出来ました。 貸別荘的な感じで静かでゆっくり過ごせます。 子供も虫取りを楽しんだり満喫していたようです。 夕方17時から1人一個の焼きマシュマロサービスも楽しめて美味しかったですよ。 お風呂の浴槽は少し錆びの跡が残っていて気になったので、お湯を溜めずにシャワーで済ませました。 トイレは外国産の為小まめに流さないと詰まるみたいなので気をつけて下さい。 でもトイレの注意書きはちゃんと書いてくれているのでしっかり読んでご使用を。 一泊でしたが自然ともしっかり戯れて満足いく旅行でした。 ただ、自然いっぱいなので覚悟はしていたのですが車は木の実と鳥のフンだらけで汚れます。 でもそれもいい思い出です。 綺麗な空気を吸ってゆっくり過ごしたい方にはおすすめです。

정말 최고의 경험이었습니다! 일본에서 호텔을 세 군데 이용했는데 그중 최고였어요. 심지어 가장 저렴했습니다. 친구들과 단지 이 숙소를 또 오기 위해 이세 시마에 다시 오고 싶다는 얘기를 했어요. 4명이서 이용하는데도 불편함이 전혀 없었고, 한국인 스탭 Kim님이 친절하게 응대해주셔서 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 덕분에 아름다운 자연 속에서 즐거운 추억을 만들었네요. Fiore shima의 직원 여러분과 전문적이고 친절한 Kim님께 다시 한 번 감사드립니다.
