The hotel is conveniently located and was easy for our family of 5. There are plenty of places to eat and go within walking distance. Staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer in the room and they dried all of our clothes which was appreciated.
Breakfast is not included so be prepared to find food in the area. There is a 7-11 around the corner but if you want a sit down breakfast you need to find a place that is open early enough. We also had an issue with a lot of places closed on Monday and Tuesday which was when we were staying in the area.

The bathroom was dirty. Tub was dirty, and on the walls and ceiling was mold.
As for Japan hospitality- No pajamas was provided in the room.

"初めてのグランピングでしたが、なんて楽なんだろうと思いました。 晩御飯は、大変美味しく、食べきれないほどの量がありました。 お風呂がもう少し充実していると、なお良い気もしますが、キャンピング施設なので、十分 なのかもしれません。 グリルの使い方がわからないとき、スタッフの方々も、丁寧に教えてくださいました。 また、宿泊したいなと思います。"
