If you are in the Imabari area, Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise above the Seto Inland Sea.

Mountain was great for intermediate skiing. Not quite ski in but short walk. Onsen was fantastic. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was authentic Japanese fare.

This is the view from Sunrise Itoyama, a cycling facility equipped with retal bikes, hostel, public bath and even a cafe. Many people who cycle across the Shimanami Kaido use this spot to rest and refuel. Isn't the view fantastic?
