"Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a good variety of north and south indian options. The archery and gun shooting activity was a nice touch, although not very well maintained it was a fun...

"My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla."

"We didn't got The room we booked online..the room was smaller and was at 1st floor instead of last floor. Parking facility not also available..Cleaning was not done..Please contact us and compensate us for the inconvenience caused..your customer care was also not available..we were exploited."
