"Staff was amazing and incredibly friendly right from the beginning, hotel is beautiful. Rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities, my only negative would be a lack of storage. There were two bottom drawers that were locked so we couldn’t use them but that was a small drawback. Hotel was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"I cannot begin to express how great of a stay my family and I had at the Annex Rokku property. We had the connecting rooms which I recommend to any family because there is so much more space and privacy. We also booked the breakfast package which was such a great thing! The breakfast included a main entree per person plus access to the buffet which had a small variety of things such as breads, soups, fruits, and yogurt. They also have an amazing espresso machine. The area of the hotel was amazing, we were walking distance from a temple and the nearby shops and there was more than enough places to always eat at. There are 2 train stations nearby about a 3min walk and the other a 8min walk. There is a Don Quixote 2 min away. The hotel was always impressively clean and the staff was all so friendly. I would like to take a moment to thank Samata. Samata was very kind to us during our stay especially on our last day. Our flight was delayed and Samata helped us arrange a late check out and also helped me retrieve a sweater I had forgotten. His kindness was extremely appreciated. Thank you everyone at Annex Rokku we hope to be back soon and make sure you book with them they are worth it. "

"This is our second time at this hotel because of the wonderful experience we had last year. Hotel is right beside the train station, which is very convenient for travelers. From Narita airport you can take the Keisei Sky Access (not Skyliner) directly to this hotel. Nearby restaurant - Kura, and hotel is right beside Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Solamachi shopping centre which includes Kirby Cafe, Uniqlo, Loft, Plaza, and Ontisuka Tiger. Right beside Life supermarket, which is an excellent advantage! In terms of service and amenities - staff were very helpful with room upgrade, and extremely friendly. Amenities are top notch for personal hygiene, and kids pajamas and slippers can be easily requested. There are also self-service kiosks which can be used to exchange your Japanese bills to coins. Laundry services are self serve and easy to use either with coins or paying with a physical IC card. Vending machine rooms also have the ice machines and microwave available. The room was clean, spacious for our family. I think this would accommodate well for a family with two young kids. If you have older kids, you may need to review the room options more closely before booking. The staff service was one of the main reasons we came back here, and when we come to Tokyo again, we will definitely stay here! Thank you again!! "

"Hotel MONday Asakusa was a wonderful stay for our family. The staff was friendly and efficient from check-in to check-out. The facility was very clean, and the rooms were a good size by Japan standards, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast Buffett was great with plenty of options, and the location was perfect - close to everything. The rain station, Don quijote and Sensoji-temple were both within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy. This will definitely be our family's place to stay from now on"

"The spa area is excellent with compact but very great variety of bath types, one so amazingly hot, and a sauna. For the well-beaten tourist path on the east side of Tokyo I would recommend but not more than a couple nights as travel to the west side is not easy nor quick. The location is pretty intense close to Sensoji temple but at least 6-8 minute walk from each station through croweded area and there are no direct trains unless going close by. The breakfast, which is expensive, is not worth it. Pros: - nice and quiet at night - spacious rooms - very quaint feeling hotel with a lot of nice touches (manga room, free wash laundry, snacks) - spa is one of the best Cons: - inconvenient to use as travel base except for immediate area - food, breakfast buffet, is neither of quality or variety- skip "
