"The breakfast buffet was amazing and the variety allows you to do a full our Japanese food in one place! The hotel is beautiful on the inside and the rooms are definitely in the upper echelon of size that can be found in Hakodate! One more plus...wait for it....THEY HAVE A FITNESS CENTER! This is probably the only hotel in Hakodate that actually took the time to accommodate the fitness minded tourists! I travel to Hakodate probably 2 times a year and this will be my hotel that I stay at for all of my future stays. This hotel is amazing!"

"Great location. Close to everything in the Bay Area. It is a newly renovated property. Room and bathroom are clean and stylish. Spacious bathroom and high ceiling made the room feel bigger than it is. The staff was very attentive to my online inquiry and helpful with the checking process. Only the downsides were that the parking wasn’t free, and there were only stairs (no elevator) in the property. So be mindful if you have heavy luggage. But overall highly recommended and great cost performance."

"As with other OMO hotels this place is very nice. Conveniently located to the JR station and some great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room is well laid out and spacious. The onsen and 2F common space is lovely! Unfortunately, contrary to most other hotels in Japan, OMO does not provide any coffee for the room. It is a small issue but an inconvenience to go out and buy coffee."
