"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

5人の宿泊だったが、4人分のタオル、寝具しかなかった。追加寝具がクローゼットにあるはずが、掛け布団下なく、ソファーベッドは清掃されておらず不衛生だった。窓の鍵は施錠されていなかった。"

"壁の汚れ、埃だらけ、エレベーターを降りた廊下の臭いには辟易とした。気持ち悪いので自分で持参した除菌シートで触れるところは拭いてからしか触れなかった。フロア等々、薄暗くて夜間は怖かった。地下鉄駅やスーパーなどは徒歩圏内にあり立地は思っていたより良かった。電話での問い合わせに対してはあまり親切さは感じなかった。
