Ueno is a relaxing respite from the full chaos of touristy areas yet still has endless food/markets/bars within a few steps of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, so luxurious and the staff are kind and attentive. Everything was perfect, from the bed to the amenities to the location."

"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."
