Beach break garden unit!

Quaint two bedroom ground floor unit (located left side of complex) perfect for a family of four. Open plan kitchen fully self contained, dining and living with TV and DVD player over looking the beautiful garden area, bathroom (no bath), shared laundry and shared gas BBQ. This unit is in an ideal position for the family who love the beach for swimming, fishing, even bush walks as only a 10 minute walk to the base of Tomaree Mountain or even sit in the front garden area and watch the kids in the grassed area.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Front door locks not operating, got locked out first afternoon, other entry door locks not operable, not very clean, old and tired in general, not good value for money.
