Young families are especially well catered for, with access to a timber cot, highchair, and a selection of baby and toddler toys, making travelling with little ones that little bit easier.

    The light-filled living area is designed for pure relaxation, featuring plush lounges, a calming coastal colour palette, Smart TV, air conditioning, and seamless access to a sun-drenched balcony. Here you can unwind in the hanging egg chair, enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, take in glimpses of the ocean, and listen to the local rainbow lorikeets, princess parrots, and kookaburras that frequent the surrounding trees.

    Every detail of this premium beachside retreat has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.     A timber cot is provided for use with infants and young children. Guests must supply all cot linen and baby essentials, including bedding, blankets, and towels, as these are not provided.
    The sofa bed in the second bedroom will be set up as a lounge on arrival. Linen and bedding for the sofa bed is provided and stored in the wardrobe of the second bedroom for guests to set up as required.
    Please note, the sofa bed is intended for use only when the booking includes a third guest. If a booking for two guests only is found to have used the sofa bed, an additional $60 laundering fee will be charged.

    Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

    AirKeeper manages your property off-site. Any on-site building staff, including concierge or security personnel, do not work for AirKeeper and cannot assist with check-ins, keys, access issues, or guest enquiries. All communication or support requests must be directed to AirKeeper through the contact details provided.

    Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

    Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
    After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.

    All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

    A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

    All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

    Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

    Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

    Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
