"Nice apartments that have been upgraded into a hotel. Kitchen was nice and had a full fridge. In room laundry was also a nice bonus. Amenities inside your room were great. Google maps said there was no train station close but it was a 6 min walk north following the train lines. Can pretty much go anywhere in Fukuoka there."

"Beds and sofa was comfortable for 4 adults. Clean. Check in and check out was easy. Easy to find with google maps. Two minutes walking from train station. Food available nearby. Would recommend to others and stay here again. "

"Rooms are a bit dated and you can tell the hotel has been well loved. But the location is great, the staff are very nice, and the price is also very fair."

"Ideal location, far enough to be away from the noise but near enough to get to the central tenjin area quickly. Stay was comfortable and hotel staff were excellent; they helped with my deliveries which I really appreciated. "

"overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance."
"Hakata train station is right across the street. There is a Ichiran in the nest building. Clean. Convenient. Staff was very nice. Walking distance to canal shops. "
"I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with pretty much everything I might need. The staff were attentive and polite.
Just one complaint - buffet lunch and dinner, which was included in the rate. It was essentially the same food, and none of it was Japanese. The desserts were pretty good, but otherwise it was a fairly limited, snacky international buffet. It could be so much better. My advice would be to have lunch at the hotel when you check in, but go out for dinner. No surprise it was busy at lunchtime and quiet in the evening. Breakfast was a different story, with a good selection of what you might expect."
