"Very good hotel and staffing"

"Great pool area"

"Great location, nice staff, spacious rooms "

"Ótimo atendimento. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Localização ótima"

"For the price, it is super nice, great location, lovely breakfast"

"expedia personal data did not transfer to hotel so the man had to collect everything from me slowing the process. it took 20 min"

"Stayed here several times. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Great location. "

"I really liked it. The cleanliness is very good, and the staff is great. The only thing I didn't like was that the room I stayed in didn't have a mirror, making it difficult to put on makeup. There's also no hairdryer in the rooms. These are small things that make a big difference. Luzia "

"Recepção maravilhosa, porém acho que deve melhorar o café da manhã, também refeitório pequeno, por falta de organização tive que ficar esperando desocupar mesa ,é constrangedor..."

"The stuff are very slowly. Doesn’t know how to solve small issues as how to replace the breakfast tables. They have no idea how to contact the tours companies or places around .. they don’t even pick up their calls. So no concierge “help”. The place are full of mosquitos. They don’t allow you to eat at your room or even bring a bottle of beer... claiming appearance of ants In the room... the room service horrible only change the towels but didn’t even clean the floors. Too expensive.. never...

"The tub smells bad! Bathroom's faucet was liquing "

"Excelente "

"A equipe de funcionários muitos atenciosos"

"Lugar maravilhoso, equipe muito atenciosa, quartos lindos e limpos! A estrutura é incrível. Único ponto que deixo como sugestão, é sobre o café da manhã. Como eu minha esposa fomos em baixo temporada e em um dia útil da semana, notamos que os ingredientes do café, como pães e bolos não são trocados diariamente e ficam um pouco passados, só melhorou mesmo no final de semana, quando a pousada estava mais cheia. Assim, fora isso o restante foi muito bom!"

"The pool was very nice and staff was friendly ! The free breakfast was a good option . The room had no storage for clothes and they only changed the towels and bed linens every 2 days ! The window and doors were not properly sealed allowing mosquitoes to enter constantly! The satellite tv and WiFi was also spotty at times . It was family friendly but lacked many details to make this a superior quality stay ! I grade this a 6 out of 10 ! "

"Amei"

"Minha experiência foi ótima, funcionários prestativos, comidas, café da manhã muito bom, só o meu colchão que não estava muito bom, pode melhorar. Parabéns ao Hotel"

"Quiet area nice people "
