"Unfortunately, I was not informed that the resort was undergoing renovations, and our family was very limited in what we could do. The person who handled the check-in (I didn't get their name) was very cold and unhelpful, only answering questions with a simple yes or no. The room we stayed in (Vacasa) was in terrible condition (missing towels and with the balcony very dirty with pigeon droppings). In short... we had to clean it ourselves and adapt, since we had paid and traveled a long distance...
