Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! We spent a weekend in Manzanita and I wish we could have extended our trip! The location was perfect for a relaxing stay with a group of friends and we had an amazing time. The unit was large enough for our group and we were 4 adults sleeping there. Ideally situated and not far from the beach.The property description was accurate and what we found matched the pictures. The place was clean, well-maintained and welcoming.The basement was a huge bonus, with plenty of games and entertainment for everyone, including arcade games, video games, ping pong, Guitar Hero, and more.The set up of the basement was also perfect for movie nights with a large group.The main street of Manzanita village, Laneda Avenue, is within waking distance, and this was part of our morning routine to end our beach walk. The Laneda Avenue has plenty of restaurants, bars, a nice coffee spot and cute shops and cafes.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This property is amazing! This was my fourth year in a row staying here and I already booked for next year! The host remodeled the deck and we really enjoyed it. Also, this year there are new mattresses, and the beds are so comfortable! The property is absolutely beautiful and there is so much rustic charm. The kitchen is very well stocked for anything you might want to cook. The host is extremely easy to get a hold of. I look forward to staying here!"
