"First is the location, excellent and it is a cute older building that has had some love put into it. The check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious had a kettle, fridge, micro and even coffee cream in the fridge (nice touch). I highly recommend this property as you can tell by my write up."

"The communication from the beginning was very thorough. We arrived late and had no troubles accessing the house. The house was clean and had plenty of towels, sheets, blankets in the closets. Upon entering the house there was a bedroom with a bathroom and three beds and then you walk up stairs to the main living portion of the home. The kitchen was clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. We didn't cook but appreciated what was there. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we were busy exploring the coast of Oregon but the location of the home was incredible. We walked to Manzanita via the beach every morning for coffee and pastries. We drove to Cannon Beach in the evening for dinner. All the hiking, beaches, crabbing and shops we wanted to experience were all within a simple drive. We have already started looking at the calendar for a time to rebook and find new discoveries in Oregon."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our biggest recommendation is to get a new mattress in the downstairs en suite bedroom! The family members assigned to that room could not sleep comfortably in that lumpy bed all week. Disappointing because the rest of the experience and home were of such high quality, it was a little surprising. Otherwise, the home is in the most stunning location and a great layout for multiple generations. House was clean and in excellent condition. Management was very responsive."
