"The property was very clean and everything had been remodeled so looked new. Staff was not on site but could reach them when needed. We stayed four nights and there was no cleaning but we were supplied with new towels and more coffee and soap to clean the cups. The main negative was room window was small , dirty and looked out on a large trailer used to maintain property. So we kept the curtains closed most of the time. We were within walking distance , 5 blocks, from the beach and right on edge of the small town center so everything was close-coffee shops, grocery store, retail stores. Be sure to save your code to room. We got there at 4:50 and had not saved code they sent us at 3:00. There wasn’t any internet so couldn’t retrieve. Fortunately there was someone there who helped us get in. She was very nice and helpful,"

"The location is absolute perfection. Literally steps to the beach and a couple blocks to town. There’s a view of the pacific from the deck and the kitchen.Perfect size for our family of 5 and loved that we could bring our dog. Would also be great for two couples. The house itself was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We had two minor issues - the washer was quite moldy and kitchen was stocked with haphazard supplies for cooking. We have young kids and I rent homes knowing I’ll be cooking and doing laundry. So, we couldn’t use laundry, and made do with the cooking supplies that were there. (For example, no oven mitts, pots with unmatched tops). To the credit of the property manager, they were very responsive about the washer and did refund us some money for the inconvenience. Hopefully that’s resolved for the next renter.All in all, a wonderful stay and we would return. Thank you!"

"This is a convenient place to stay in Manzanita! Close to town & the beach and it had all the accessories we needed. It accommodated lots of folks! It isn't the ritz, but its homey, clean and lots of beds. We had a great time staying there and would come back again!"

"This home was a great space for a family reunion of 11 people. The location is terrific, and we enjoyed being able to walk so quickly to town or to the beach. Having a bedroom on a floor with so few stairs was extremely important for us because some individuals have poor mobility. Before booking, the owners were very communicative and readily answered questions I had about the layout (when I was assessing feasibility for our low mobility individuals). The quick and thorough communication continued throughout the stay. The home is well stocked for families that enjoy cooking, and it was perhaps the best stocked kitchen of any rental home that I’ve used. Our families hope we can return in the future. Thanks for making this great property available!"
