Comfortable and Charming

Great accommodations in a very relaxing setting. Easy to get to off the Thruway. Great central spot for exploring. Would definitely recommend.

Great Farmhouse

Country charm

Great place for us country folks, plenty of space, very comfortable beds everything was neat and clean and airy plenty of light traffic was non-existent outside, 4 stars!!!!

Perfect little getaway

Our stay was pleasant n comfortable. Home was very clean and welcoming. Owner was quick in getting back to us…catered to our every need. Even found an ironing board at our request. We definitely would stay here again! Felt like a home away from home.

Cozy farmhouse

Very clean farmhouse. The kids loved seeing the longhorn cattle every morning. Perfect size for what we needed and ideally situated for visiting nearby church history sites and the finger lakes.

The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures! Beds very comfortable, good shower, and very cozy. Close to everything for a great adventure. Loved sitting on the back porch and watching the cows. Would definitely rent again!!!!

Lovely farmhouse!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the cattle graze in the pasture behind the house. The flower gardens are very pretty. Convenient location, near the NY thruway but located in the country on a quiet road. We will stay again when visiting relatives in the area.

Wonderful place to stay.

My friends and I planned a golfing trip to the Rochester area and I was looking for a house with three full bedrooms and not just a house that "sleeps 6" where a pull out couch counts for 2. Well did I find the perfect place with the farmhouse. Located just outside Rochester this farmhouse was on a quiet road in the countryside. Three full bedrooms, every room clean and tidy. A fully stocked kitchen with every utensil, pot and pan we needed, fresh linens and towels, three large flat screen TV's and great WIFI. Our host Austin made the booking and check-in a breeze and left us alone providing us with a great experience. When traveling to the Rochester area again I would defiantly choose one of his property's.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our time at the farmhouse, and wish we could have stayed longer. Check-in was easy, and communication with the owner was great. The house was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

This is a very well kept home with a farmhouse feel. It is smaller than I expected, but with a bonus room, we spread out fine. I would like to see a door accessible between the bonus room and the kitchen to separate the sound between there and the living room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and exactly what we needed for our local events.

Great Farmhouse

Really comfortable home with a lot of space. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, and close enough to town to enjoy that as well. All the processes were easy. It was also very cool to see the longhorns in the backyard while relaxing outside.

Great house!

This house was perfect! Everything was great from the check in process to Austin getting back to me right away with any questions. The house was on a quiet road in front of a farm and it was so peaceful! Close to all the wineries within 15-25 minutes! Def would reccomend!

Not just a house

It was quite, very clean. It was well taken care of. Everything that you could want or need. Plenty of room, just far away from town. The owner was very responsive. Check in was easy. It’s a must stay if you’re visiting the Rochester area. Thanks for letting us use your house. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful Place

This property is well stocked, spotless, a fine location, spacious, comfortable, ice cold air conditioning and a cooperative owner. But the amenities not listed or in photographs include some nice features. The dry, cool basement has a shower, plenty of room for children to run around, an arsenal of household tools and paper products and a table we migrated to the kitchen. The 2 car garage has a grill, folding chairs, more handyman tools and a lot of character. The private covered deck is a nature lovers paradise with a nice breeze, interesting view of the nearby cattle farm and evening bullfrog serenades. The shady side lawn was great for a hammock and the house is set back from a non-busy road. The informal family room, formal living room and master bedroom TV's include every streaming and cable network imaginable. Plenty of closet space, hangers, bureaus and night stands in the spacious bedrooms. One thousand words doesn't begin to express how pleased we were with this property.
