Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist herausragend. Wir kamen spät am Abend, hatten noch nichts gegessen und die Gastgeberin hat uns einen Eintopf gekocht. Das Frühstück ist regional, sehr lecker und die Qualität bestens. Auch die Verständigung (wir sprechen kein Mandarin) hat gut funktioniert....

"Very nice! I was upgraded to an ocean view room on the 3rd floor so I woke up with the sun coming in. Very large room and many windows in the bathroom. Also, an amazing bay window type of area with a huge window"

"We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....
